These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, and every purchase, quotation request or enquiry made through it. By browsing the website, creating an account, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

This website is owned and operated by Frost Master Private Limited (CIN: U52520DL2021PTC375927, GSTIN: 07AAECF4100D1ZC), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Plot No. B-307/A, Kh. No. 16/5, Ground Floor, Block-B, Rajeev Nagar, New Delhi - 110086, Delhi, India. In these Terms, "Frost Master", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Frost Master Private Limited, and "you" refers to the person or business using the website.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business, and that GST and business details you provide are accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Inform us immediately at support@frostmaster.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or misuse the website.

We make every effort to describe our commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment accurately. However:

• Product images are for illustration. Colour, finish, accessories and minor design details may vary from the actual product.
• Technical specifications (dimensions, capacity, power rating, temperature range) are indicative and may change due to continuous product improvement. Please confirm critical specifications with our team before ordering.
• All products are subject to availability. Some products are made to order to your specification.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Applicable GST and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay, and on your tax invoice.
• Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout (or in an accepted quotation) applies to your order.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full, even after the order has been confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation shown after checkout acknowledges receipt of your order but is not an acceptance. A contract of sale is formed when we confirm and dispatch the order (or begin manufacturing a made-to-order product).

We may decline or cancel any order, including where:

• the product is out of stock or discontinued;
• the delivery PIN code is not serviceable;
• there is a pricing or listing error; or
• we suspect fraud or unauthorised payment.

If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.

• Quotations issued through the Request for Quote (RFQ) facility are valid for the period stated on the quotation, or 15 days from the date of issue if no period is stated.
• A quotation becomes a binding order only after you accept it and we confirm it. Prices, freight and delivery timelines in a quotation apply only to the items and quantities quoted.
• Custom or made-to-order equipment may require an advance payment, as stated in the quotation.

• Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and EMI where offered) are processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking credentials.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered only for selected products, order values and PIN codes, as shown at checkout.
• Your order is processed only after payment is successfully confirmed by the payment gateway.

Delivery timelines, charges and procedures are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Ownership of and risk in the products pass to you on delivery. Please inspect the consignment at the time of delivery and record any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and payments are non-refundable. Damaged, defective or wrong items are repaired or replaced, and if we are unable to deliver an order we refund the full amount, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Products carry the warranty stated on the product page, quotation, invoice or warranty card. Unless stated otherwise, warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

• damage caused by improper installation, voltage fluctuation, lack of a suitable stabiliser or earthing;
• misuse, overloading, accidents, physical damage, fire, water or pest damage;
• repairs or modifications by anyone other than Frost Master or its authorised service partners;
• consumables and normal wear-and-tear parts such as gaskets, bulbs, glass, knobs and castors.

To raise a warranty claim, contact us with your invoice number, product serial number and photos or videos of the issue.

• Commercial equipment must be installed on a suitable electrical supply with proper earthing, as specified in the product manual. Use of a voltage stabiliser is recommended where supply is unstable.
• Installation and demonstration, where offered, are scheduled and charged as communicated at the time of order.
• Always follow the operating and safety instructions in the product manual.

All content on this website, including the Frost Master name and logo, product designs, text, images, graphics, datasheets and software, is owned by or licensed to Frost Master Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, other accounts or our systems;
• scrape, crawl or harvest data from the website using automated tools without permission;
• upload or transmit viruses, malicious code or content that is defamatory, obscene or infringing;
• post false, misleading or paid reviews.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frost Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of business, profits, revenue, stock or goodwill, arising from the use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frost Master Private Limited, its directors, employees and partners from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and apply to orders placed after that date.
