This Privacy Policy explains how Frost Master Private Limited ("Frost Master", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when you visit this website, create an account, request a quotation, place an order or contact us. It is published in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.

Information you give us

• Account details: name, email address, mobile number and password (stored in encrypted, hashed form).
• Order and delivery details: billing and shipping addresses, contact person and delivery instructions.
• Business details: company name, GSTIN and business address for GST invoicing and B2B quotations.
• Enquiries, quotation requests, product questions, reviews, job applications and messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, products viewed and search terms.
• Cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookies section below.

Payment information

Online payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We receive only the payment status and a transaction reference. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you when you sign in.
• To process orders and payments, arrange delivery and installation, and issue GST tax invoices.
• To prepare quotations and respond to enquiries, complaints and service requests.
• To provide order updates, shipment tracking and warranty or after-sales support.
• To show recently viewed and recommended products and improve our website and services.
• To prevent fraud, secure our systems and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send you offers and product information, only where you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you use our services or submit information to us, and for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as completing a purchase you requested or meeting legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it, and we may be unable to provide some services without the required data.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as needed with:

• Payment partner (Razorpay) to process payments and refunds.
• Logistics partners (such as Delhivery) to deliver your order: name, address and phone number.
• Technology providers for website hosting, cloud storage and email delivery.
• Installation and service partners engaged by us for your order.
• Government and law-enforcement authorities where required by law, court order or to protect our rights, users or the public.

All such partners are required to use your data only for the purpose for which it is shared.

We use a small number of essential cookies and browser storage items to:

• keep you signed in securely (a session cookie);
• remember your cart, wishlist, product comparison and recently viewed products;
• understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website such as sign-in and checkout may not work without them.

• Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised after you request closure.
• Order, invoice and payment records are retained for at least 8 years, as required by GST and company law.
• Enquiry and quotation records are kept for up to 3 years for follow-up and service history.

We use reasonable security practices including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, access controls with role-based permissions for our staff, and secure payment processing through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach as required by law.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct, complete or update inaccurate data;
• request erasure of data that is no longer needed (subject to legal retention requirements);
• withdraw consent and opt out of marketing communications;
